You bought and didn't get access. Include the GitHub username you entered at checkout — this is usually a typo in the username, and takes a minute to fix.
Refunds. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy first, then email us from the address you bought with.
Pre-sales questions. Not sure whether FastForgecovers your use case? Ask before you buy — we'll give you a straight answer, including “no”.
Billing and invoices. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; we can help you track down a charge or a receipt.
Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion — see our Privacy Policy.
Bugs and feedback. Always welcome, and they genuinely shape the roadmap.
