Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of FastForge, a software boilerplate sold by Pionetix through fastforge.pionetix.com. By buying or using FastForge, you agree to them.
What you're buying
FastForge is a source-code boilerplate: a FastAPI backend and a Next.js frontend pre-wired with authentication, billing, and related groundwork. You are buying a one-time, lifetime license to that source code, delivered as read access to a private GitHub repository, plus access to future updates published to that repository.
You are buying source code, not a hosted service. We do not run, host, or operate any application you build with it.
Your license
You may:
- Use the code to build unlimited projects, personal or commercial.
- Modify it however you like.
- Use it on projects you build for clients.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publish the boilerplate itself — whether as-is or only lightly modified — as a competing starter kit, template, or course.
- Share your repository access, or the source code, with anyone who has not bought their own license. The license is per person.
- Publish the source in a public repository or any other public location.
In short: build whatever you want with it; don't re-sell or give away the thing you bought.
Accounts
Buying requires an account, created with an email address and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You also supply a GitHub username so we can grant repository access — make sure it's correct, as access is granted to the account you name.
Payment
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your card and payment details are handled by Dodo — we never receive or store them. Your order may therefore appear on your statement under Dodo Payments.
The price is $49 (or ₹999 for customers in India), charged once. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic and automatic. Once payment succeeds, an invitation to the private GitHub repository is sent to the GitHub username you provided, usually within a minute. Accept the invitation to clone the code. If access doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll fix it — see Contact.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The FastForge source code remains the property of Pionetix. Your license grants you the rights described above and nothing more. Anything you build on top of it — your own code, your product — is entirely yours.
Updates and availability
We intend to keep publishing updates to the repository, and your license includes them. We don't promise a particular update schedule, feature, or that the product will be maintained indefinitely. Code already delivered to you remains yours to use regardless.
No warranty
FastForgeis provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code you deploy to production.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of FastForge is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
We may revoke repository access if you breach the license terms above — in particular by redistributing the source. Payment obligations already settled are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
